About Us

Bourbon Beef is premium, small-batch beef that captures the spirit of craft, from pasture to plate. Raised on grain and finished with spent bourbon mash from our distillery, each cut is naturally infused with rich flavor, deep marbling, and a story rooted in tradition.

Our cattle are raised responsibly on local ranches, then grain-finished with our own bourbon mash, a nutrient-rich blend of grains left over from the distilling process. This mash imparts a subtle depth of flavor to the beef and adds healthy energy to the finishing diet, leading to exceptional marbling and tenderness.

What Makes Bourbon Beef Special:

After harvest, each animal is dry-aged whole for 28 days, a time-honored process that
allows flavor to develop naturally while enhancing tenderness throughout the entire side of beef. Once aged, the beef is hand-cut and vacuum-sealed in small batches to lock in freshness and quality.
